The role:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen team. As a key member of the brigade, you will be responsible for running your section efficiently, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to the highest standards.
- Manage and train junior team members, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in your section at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate needs to the Head Chef or Sous Chef.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.

- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
