Chef de Partie - Banqueting
Would you like to join our team as a Chef de Partie - Banqueting at De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms our iconic events venue in Covent Garden, London?
As a Chef de Partie - Banquting you will:
• Work in a busy and hardworking team environment and have the opportunity to develop your career with De Vere
• Showcase your culinary skills by preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes for events and banquets
• Support and mentor Demi-Chef de Parties or Commis Chefs
This is a Full time position working 40 hours per week over 5 days with any overtime paid plus a share of service charge.
What we look for in a Chef de Partie - Banqueting:
• Prior experience in a banqueting setting is crucial to this role, as well as experience as a Chef working in a busy kitchen environment
• High standards of cleanliness and food hygiene to maintain our health & safety standards
• Attention to detail to help create memorable culinary experiences for our guests
