Chef de Partie - Creative Seasonal Menu

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (DOE)

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at a highly-regarded gastropub in Kentish Town. Our establishment is celebrated for its vibrant atmosphere, seasonal British menu, and commitment to locally-sourced ingredients.

As Chef de Partie, you'll play a crucial role in preparing and delivering top-quality dishes, contributing to the innovative menu, and maintaining high standards in food safety and kitchen efficiency.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard, supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
  • Manage a section of the kitchen, ensuring all prep and service tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Collaborate on menu ideas and help introduce fresh, seasonal dishes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Monitor inventory and manage orders as required.


What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-quality kitchen.
  • Passion for British cuisine and a flair for using local, seasonal ingredients.
