The role
We are looking for a chef de partie who has a fresh food background, you will follow the recipe cards for the dishes and ensure they include the ingredients listed and are low salt. You will cook the meal prep boxes and ensure they are ready for the DPD or other parcel companies to pick them up at the prebooked time. This role is chef de partie level.
