Chef De Partie - Fine Dining - Mon to Fri

Location: Central London
Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 depending on experience plus tips
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 5 straight shifts
Start date: Immediate start

I'm currently looking to recruit a Chef de Partie on behalf of my client, a renowned private members club in Central London known for its fine dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your designated section
• Assist in developing new menu items and specials
• Maintain a clean and efficient work environment
• Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of fine dining

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a fine dining environment
• Strong culinary skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
• Excellent team player with strong communication skills
• MUST HAVE THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 5 straight shifts (early shift or afternoon/evening shift)
