Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in managing your section efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during high-pressure periods.
  • Contribute to menu development and food innovation, staying ahead of culinary trends.
  • Oversee the training and development of junior team members within your section.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a [Michelin-starred/Rosette-awarded] establishment or high-end restaurant.
  • Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
