We have an excellent opportunity for acreative Chef de Partie to join our brigade and work on our Oyster Cart here at Chiltern Firehouse.

As our new Chef de Partie you will:

  • be looking after various sections whilst servicing both hotel guests and diners at the Chiltern Firehouse Restaurant;
  • maintain a safe, clean, organized, and stocked work area;
  • be knowledgeable on oysters and seafood, and able to separate oyster meats from the shell in a safe, clean and timely manner;
  • prepare and serve food from the oyster section in a timely and appealing manner;
  • work with the finest British seasonable ingredients and select produce;
  • put emphasis on organic meats, sustainable fish & vegetable focused dishes; and
  • learn how to cook using fire in all aspects of your cooking.
