Salary:£37,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on level

About the Role:
As a Chef de Partie, you will become an integral part of the culinary team, creating exquisite Italian dishes within the luxurious setting of a private member's club. Collaborate with experienced professionals and contribute your skills to maintain the high standards of this exclusive dining experience.
Shift Details:
- 4 doubles and 3 days off
- Shift times: 8 am to closing (usually around 11 pm - 12 am)
- Restaurant closed on Monday and Tuesday

Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Head Chef to prepare and present exquisite Italian dishes.
- Execute culinary techniques to maintain the high standards of the exclusive restaurant.
- Collaborate with the culinary team in menu development and daily operations.
- Uphold the kitchen's hygiene and safety standards to ensure the delivery of exceptional cuisine.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ year experience in a high end fresh kitchen.
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in high-end dining establishments.
- Passion for Italian cuisine and a commitment to culinary excellence.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic kitchen environment.
