We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join a dynamic kitchen team in the London area. Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard
  • Manage a section of the kitchen efficiently during service
  • Assist in menu planning and contribute creative ideas
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
  • Support junior chefs and assist in their development
  • Maintain stock levels and manage wastage
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization in your section of the kitchen
About You:
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
  • Strong culinary skills and passion for food
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Good level of English required to communicate with the team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
