Working Hours: 48 hours per week
Shifts: 6 Shifts, 2 doubles, 2 singles, 3 days off
Note: Closed for Christmas and New Year. Closed on Sundays

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, focusing on fresh pasta and seasonal produce.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Assist in menu development, incorporating seasonal and local ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to the training and development of junior kitchen staff.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end Italian restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, with expertise in fresh pasta and seasonal produce.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume kitchen while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Passion for creating outstanding Italian dishes with a commitment to using local and seasonal ingredients.
