They are seeking a Chef de Partie with a minimum of 2 Rosette experience, although Michelin experience is preferred.
This role offers an opportunity to work with a small team and enhance culinary skills to a Michelin level.
The working hours are Monday to Thursday for lunch from 12:00pm to 2:30pm and dinner from 6:00pm to 10:00pm, and Friday to Saturday for lunch from 12:00pm to 3:00pm and dinner from 6:30pm to 10:00pm.

Our clients restaurant is nestled in the heart of Mayfair, where humble Italian cooking meets Michelin-star flair in this beautiful restaurant. We are helping to find an experience Chef de Partie with at least 2 Rosette experience, although higher or Michelin experience is preferred.

This is an incredible opportunity to work with a small team to really develop skill.

Lunch: 12:00pm 2:30pm
Dinner: 6:00pm 10:00pm

FRIDAY SATURDAY
Lunch: 12:00pm 3:00pm
