As a Chef de Partie you will be part of a small team of Chefs and involved in working across all areas of the kitchen, supporting the Sous Chef's & Head Chef with the day to day running of this busy operation.

Job requirements:

  • Proven experience in a busy kitchen environment, contributing to high standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
  • A self-motivated attitude, eager to learn and grow within the culinary field.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • A comprehensive understanding of Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations.
  • The ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining keen attention to detail.
