As a Chef de Partie, you will:

• Be working with the bestseasonal produce and ingredients In London
• Helping the team withthedaily preparation and service of the incredible michelin starredmenus.
• Ensure that the highest standards are maintained at all times and to ensure that your designated section, equipment and utensils are always kept clean and tidy to the standards required by the kitchen.

To be succsesful you must:

• Be a passionate and dedicated chef
• Be a great team player with excellent communications skills and the ability to take instructions.
• Be deidcated to learning andcommitment to using exceptional quality ingredients to ensure the highest standards are achieved on a daily basis.
• Previous experience In a michelin star restaurnt is preffered.
