Sonic Summary

We are currently seeking a Chef de Partie for a 2** Michelin star restaurant.
Candidates must have stable experience as a Chef de Partie in at least 1 to 2 Michelin star establishments.
A good knowledge of French cuisine is essential, and the kitchen has a brigade of 10.
The position is set to start in mid-January 2025.
Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK, holding either British nationality or UK settlement status.
