Joining our main kitchen, you will be part of an innovative culinary team. The main kitchen supports The Gallery Restaurant, Cakes & Bubbles, In Room Dining and the Green Bar as well as Banqueting & Events when needed.

As Chef de Partie you will be required to work 47 hours per week, with flexibility to work weekends and morning and evening shifts.

Your profile:

• Proven experience ideally as aChefde Partiewithin a luxury hotel or high quality destination restaurant
• Desire to join a hotel to grow and develop with, and proven commitment to past employers
• Exposure to international cuisines, particularly with Italian, French or modern European influences is advantageous
• Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts
