Overview:

We are currently recruiting for a talented and driven Chef de Partie to join our team for the launch of an exciting new Mediterranean restaurant. The chosen candidate will play a key role in maintaining culinary standards and contributing to the overall success of the dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes to deliver exceptional cuisine.
Work closely with the team to implement a refined sharing concept and uphold kitchen standards.
Demonstrate competence in kitchen operations and contribute to maintaining efficiency.
Collaborate with colleagues across kitchen and service areas to ensure smooth operations.
Contribute to the delivery of European/Mediterranean flavours with precision and care.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a chef de partie or similar role is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong communication skills.
Familiarity with European/Mediterranean cuisine is beneficial.
A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative kitchen culture.
Passion for delivering high-quality culinary experiences.
