Chef de Partie Requirements:
- They are seeking a fantastic Chef de Partie with a great attitude, strong work ethic and stable employment record.
- The successful Chef de Partie must be confident running all sections with the kitchen.
- A Chef de Partie with experience working with Mexican or Asian cuisine would be ideal however this is not essential.
