We are actively shortlisting passionate and reliable Chef de Partie's to join their incredible team of 28 chefs. The kitchen has impeccable standards and the menu is designed in a way to be able to deal with volume at ease.

Chef de Partie Requirements:
- We are seeking a career-focused, passionate, and experienced Chef de Partie
- Previous experience cooking either Peruvian or Mexican cuisine would be ideal.
- All Chef de Partie should have a stable employment history in professional kitchens.
- A Chef de Partie should work well under pressure and consider themselves a great team player.
