Company Information A high profile Client , working for one of the four Inns of Court . 300+ staff based on site throughout the working week. This position will be based in the hospitality and fine dining kitchen. , however you will be working at the cold/salad section You will be working for a British multinational contract foodservice company that have hundreds of sites across the UK and Ireland.
Job Brief for Chef de partieYou will be working within a team of approx. 10 chefs working aat the cold/salad section but being able to to work in all sections if needed, and cooking anything from fine dining plated lunches/dinners, buffets, canapes to the highest standard for up to 250 covers a day. High hand fine dine a la carte menu.
The Ideal Chef de partiewill have proven experience in a similar environment, restaurant hotel and happy to support for evening functions 3 to 3 times per week in busy periods. In return you will receive a generous salary and led by an experienced head chef who is young, passionate and team player .
