Chef de Partie / Wok Chef - W2 up to £39,000 per annum

Our client is a prestigious Chinese Restaurant Group who are looking for a Chef de Partie / Wok Chef for their Central London location close to Kensington Gardens. With restaurants in 4 Countries and 14 in the UK alone there is excellent opportunity for growth.

Requirements

- Positive attitude, honest and skilled individuals

-Have a passion of working in a food & beverage industry

-Understanding of Chinese culture (preferred)

-Non-Chinese speaker: previous work experience in Chinese cuisine

-Chinese speaker: previous work experience in Asian cuisine

-Salary between £36,000 - £39,000 per annum with a review after probation.

Shift Pattern and Key responsibilities

-Ensuring kitchen section operation is run smoothly, efficient and safe

-Producing and presenting menu items in wok station/steam station/deep fried station under the organisation standard and procedures

-Preparing and washing raw items in the chopping station under the organisation food hygiene standard and procedures

-Working on an opening and closing procedures, and maintain kitchen general cleaning

-Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations

-Inventory control and stock ordering

-Minimise food wastage at any time, report and record any food wastage
