This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Londons most exclusive South American restaurants, located within a prestigious private members' club. This role is perfect for a talented Chef de Partie looking to advance their career in a vibrant, fine-dining environment.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum of 3 years in a renowned kitchen, with a strong understanding of or experience in South American cuisine.

A keen eye for detail, exceptional knife skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

A desire to learn and grow by working alongside top-tier culinary professionals.
