- Cuisine: Innovative Mediterranean dishes designed for sharing, packed with bold flavors
- Ingredients: Fresh, seasonal produce from top-tier suppliers, with in-house whole butchering, open fire cooking, a stone oven, and a dry-aged meat display.
- Dining Experience: Serving lunch and dinner for up to 110 guests, including a delightful outdoor terrace.
- Compensation: Competitive salary up to £38,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience.
- Facilities: A brand-new kitchen with state-of-the-art equipment and a dedicated, talented chef team.
- Work Schedule: Enjoy a balanced rota with 3 double shifts, 1 single shift, and 3 days off, with all shifts concluding before 11:00 PM.
- Experience: Proven background in fine dining, Michelin-starred restaurants, or private members clubs.
