About us
The TwentyTwo, a luxury lifestyle hotel with an all-day neighbourhood restaurant and a private members club, on the historic Grosvenor Square in Londons Mayfair. Set within a Grade II listed Edwardian manor at 22 Grosvenor Square, the building has been redesigned into a Westside hideaway for creative cohorts, residents and international guests in London.
The role
To assist the Senior Sushi Chefs on the successful running of the Japanese menu for The TwentyTwo by providing support on running a designated section
About you
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or as a Demi Chef in a high-end Sushi Restaurant
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about hospitality, whose is warming and charming and whose attention to detail is second to none.
