We are looking for a talented Weekend Chef to join our team, specialising in preparing brunch, smoothies and juices for our clientele.
The successful applicant must have relevant experience in a similar environment and a passion for culinary excellence.

Requirements

  • Prepare and present high-quality brunch dishes, smoothies and juices
  • Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standard and in line with our health and nutrition ethos
  • Handle customer orders efficiently, including pre-orders and on-the-go purchases
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver the highest level of customer service
  • Create a welcoming, and professional atmosphere in the kitchen and dining areas
  • Carry out any reasonable requests made by management
Skills and experience
  • Proven experience as a chef, preferably in a similar setting
  • Excellent culinary skills with a focus on health-conscious food preparation
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
