Chef de Partie role:
I am seeking a passionate and talented Chef de Partie to join the dynamic culinary team. As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in creating and delivering exquisite pastries and desserts that elevate the guest experience in the acclaimed restaurant and throughout the exclusive events.

Chef de Partie responsibilities:
  • Prepare, produce, and present a range of high-quality pastries, desserts, and bread.
  • Collaborate with the Head Pastry Chef and the kitchen team to develop new and innovative dessert concepts and seasonal menus.
  • Ensure that all food preparation is completed to the highest standards, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Manage and train junior members of the pastry team, ensuring a consistent and high-quality output.
  • Monitor stock levels, ordering ingredients as needed, and maintaining cost control without compromising quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Chef de Partie looking For:
  • Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
  • A passion for pastry and baking with a creative flair and attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and trends, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
