We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to support our kitchen team with daily food preparation and cooking tasks.
The Role:
Assist in the preparation and execution of dishes, ensuring quality and consistency in every plate.
Maintain a positive and can-do attitude, contributing your energy and enthusiasm to the success of our kitchen.
Collaborate with colleagues across the business, fostering a culture of teamwork and mutual support.
Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
What Were Looking For in a Chef de Partie:
Good understanding of food production and fundamental cooking techniques.
Strong to excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
Ability to follow directions and procedures; effective time management and organisation skills.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
Eagerness to learn and grow, with a desire to gain a deeper understanding of kitchen operations.
