We are looking for a Chef de Partie tojoin the team of a fantastic Mediterranean & French Bistro owned by a famous and talented Michelin star Chef Patron.

• Modern & traditional French cuisine with Mediterranean influence
• Based on bistronomy of flavours - classical techniques blended with playfulness and originality
• Up to 80 covers per service
• Fantastic project, strong chef team, and brand-new kitchen
• Rota of 4 doubles /3 days off
• Salary of £35,000 per annum

The idealChef de Partie or DemiChef de Partie must be passionate, have fine dining orAA rosettes experience and be a natural team player in this exciting project that will get awards and accolades. Fantastic career development within the other restaurants and and opportunity to learn from a Michelin star chef.
