The Role:
You will be working in a kitchen undergoing generic prep and bulk cooking, with daily management tasks ensuring duties are completed in-line with health and safety policies.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
  • Assist Senior Chefs in whichever section they are designated to.
  • Supporting with food orders
  • To work in a clean and tidy manner
  • Check all food is compliant with allergens
  • Putting away deliveries and following the all regulations
  • Assisting in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans
  • Counter serving
  • Prep requirements for the day
  • Be able to prepare and serve multiple dishes following company spec and to the highest quality
  • Following menus and food hygiene standards in compliance with food safety requirements
  • Understand and follow health and safety protocols

The Candidate:
To be considered for the role you'll need to be able to demonstrate good attention to standards and instructions given.
The ideal person for the role will be the following:
- Good communication skills
- Hard working
- Keen and have a "can do attitude"
- Reliable and punctual
- Culinary and previous chef experience of similar level or looking for the next step up (minimum 2 years)
- UK right to work
