The Courthouse Hotel Shoreditch combines the grandeur of a Grade2 listed Baroque style building with laid-back personalized service, forming the perfect alchemy. Our facilities consist of 128 guest rooms and suites, a unique restaurant concept, 3 bars including a roof top bar, 11 event spaces, a 196-seat screening room, 2 lane bowling alley, luxurious spa, swimming pool and fitness center.

Responsibilities
As Chef De parties you your responsibilities will be but not restricted to:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and guidelines
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with catering events as needed
The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills:
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Good command of English
- Achieved Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- Supervisory experience
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure, to work on your own and as part of a team
- Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations
- Capability of evaluating service levels.
- Friendly, welcoming, and proficient
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
