Kolamba is growingand were looking for a Chef de Partie to join our vibrant team, where we're setting the stage for a culinary journey through contemporary Sri Lankan cuisine at our new East London restaurant. We're seeking a dynamic Chef de Partie to join us on this exciting adventure.

We are looking for team members with the following;
- Prior experience as a Chef de Partie within a quality restaurant
- Experience or interest in South Asian Food would be desired
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, serving 250 covers a day
- Willingness to be flexible and support multiple teams
- Experience with opening and closing procedures
- Right to work in the UK
- Passion for food, wine and hospitality
- Thrives under pressure with a positive can-do attitude
- Hard working and loves to help support your teammates
- Strives for excellence and consistency
- Experience working in a fast-paced quality establishment
- Would love to be a part of an exciting new opening
Salary
- Up to £14.00-£16.00 per hour inclusive of service charge
Candidate Qualities
- At least three years experience
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
