About the Role of Chef de Partie

This will be a great opportunity to be part of an exciting restaurant offering contemporary Sri Lankan food in the heart of London.

We are looking for team members with the following;

Prior experience as a Chef de Partie within a quality restaurant
Experience or interest in South Asian Food would be desired
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, serving 250 covers a day
Willingness to be flexible and support multiple teams
Experience with opening and closing procedures
Right to work in the UK
Passion for food, wine and hospitality
Thrives under pressure with a positive can-do attitude
Hard working and loves to help support your teammates
Strives for excellence and consistency
Experience working in a fast-paced quality establishment
Would love to be a part of an exciting new opening

Salary

Up to £14.00-£16.00 per hour inclusive of service charge

Candidate Qualities

At least three years experience
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
