We are looking for a CDP to join a well-established, branded wine bar/ restaurant group.
The Boot and Flogger is a well established wine bar and restaurant with a rich history dating back to our current CEO's Father opening it in 1965.
You will be supported by a great team to deliver consistently excellent standards.
The Ideal Candidate:
- You are passionate about cooking with fresh ingredients,
- You have proven experience of working in a kitchen, additional training will be given.
- You will be able to work to high standard in a timely manner
- You are a team player with an outgoing, positive personality and excellent motivational skills
- You are enthusiastic about exceeding expectations, working alongside the rest of the kitchen team to deliver great food and customer service
- You have a keen eye for detail to deliver excellent standards in every dish served
The Package
This is a 7 day business, but, in return for your commitment and energy you will receive
- Salary of £12 per hour plus TRONC (depending on experience)
- A share of TRONC estimated at £4-£11 per hour dependent on season From now till January estimated at £5-£11 per hour
- Pension scheme (NEST)
- On job Training as required
