We are looking for a CDP to join a well-established, branded wine bar/ restaurant group.

The Boot and Flogger is a well established wine bar and restaurant with a rich history dating back to our current CEO's Father opening it in 1965.

You will be supported by a great team to deliver consistently excellent standards.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • You are passionate about cooking with fresh ingredients,
  • You have proven experience of working in a kitchen, additional training will be given.
  • You will be able to work to high standard in a timely manner
  • You are a team player with an outgoing, positive personality and excellent motivational skills
  • You are enthusiastic about exceeding expectations, working alongside the rest of the kitchen team to deliver great food and customer service
  • You have a keen eye for detail to deliver excellent standards in every dish served


The Package

This is a 7 day business, but, in return for your commitment and energy you will receive

  • Salary of £12 per hour plus TRONC (depending on experience)
  • A share of TRONC estimated at £4-£11 per hour dependent on season From now till January estimated at £5-£11 per hour
  • Pension scheme (NEST)
  • On job Training as required
  • 25- 50% discount in other bars across the group
