Position: Chef De Partie

Report to: Head Chef

Main function of post: Food preparations & food service

Hours: Significant flexibility will be required to meet business needs (including weekends)

Main duties to include:

-Daily cleaning of the section

-Food preparation

-Food service

-Respect of the health and safety standards

-Receiving goods

-Tidying of the walk-in fridge

-Tidying up of the dry store

-Overseeing the food orders section

-Overseeing the food preparation list for the section
