Chef de Partie - Monday to Friday only
You will be joining join a small team in a busy kitchen for a traditional Gentlemens club in Mayfair, preparing Modern British food to a very high standard.
Everything from butchery to bakery is done in house, so you will have plenty of opportunity to learn and develop new skills.
We are looking for someone passionate who is keen to get stuck in and happy to rotate around the kitchen to cover any section, including pastry.
We offer full training; a large, clean and modern kitchen to work in; 45 hour work week; weekends and public holidays off
Ideally you will have some fine dining or high-end restaurant experience, but more important is a willingness to learn and a genuine love for working with high quality, seasonal British produce to make great food.
Candidates must speak good English, live in London, and have the right to live and work in the UK.
