Tonic are recruiting a Chef de Partie for our client's meetings and events venue in Westminster. You will support the Head Chef in delivering a first-class dining experience through corporate meetings, events, canapes, barbecues and street food pop-ups! As Chef de Partie you'll work in a small team (3) to support in every aspect of the kitchen operation and help to create exciting menus, using fresh, seasonal produce!Essential qualities for Chef de Partie applicants to be considered:
  • Comfortable catering for covers of up to 250
  • A team player who enjoys working and collaborating with others
  • Good length of service and loyalty must be shown throughout your CV
  • Passion for emerging trends and new dining concepts
  • Experience in pastry is desirable
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
