Bringing Sucre to the heart of Soho, an acclaimed restaurant in Buenos Aires from Chef Fernando Trocca. Set in the ex-concert hall of the Royal College of Music, Sucre is combining the tradition of Latin American open-fire cooking with London style and refinement. The kitchen is completely open, looking out over a beautiful dining room where you can see and interact with the guests. We are currently looking for a talented, passionate and dynamic candidate to join our team as a Chef de Partie.
The key responsibilities will be:
-Execute and oversee the preparation of dishes in your assigned section, ensuring high quality and consistency.
-Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety.
-Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
- Be able to mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the team.
What we're looking for:
-Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or a similar role in a high-end restaurant.
-Ability to work well under pressure within a team and follow instructions from senior chefs.
-A passion for excellence, attention to detail, and consistency.
- Strong understanding of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
