We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen team. Working within different sections of the kitchen, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the food we serve meets our 5-star standards.

What you will be doing:

  • Preparing guest and staff food in different sections within the kitchen
  • Following all food safety and hygiene procedures and regulations
  • Training and monitoring junior staff in food preparation
  • Contributing to a collaborative, positive kitchen environment

Is this role right for me?

We're looking for individuals with:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in a main kitchen
  • NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent (Level 3 is desirable)
  • Experience across different sections of the kitchen
  • Good written and spoken English, a flexible attitude, and a passion for food
  • Creativity and enthusiasm, with a love for working as part of a team
