About the Role of Chef de Partie

Chef de Partie Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in your designated section.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness always.
  • Ensure consistency in quality and portion control according to the restaurant's specifications.
  • Manage your section to be ready for MEP and service.
  • Reporting to Sous Chef and Head Chef.
  • Assist in the training and mentoring of junior kitchen staff.
  • Ensure all food is prepared to the restaurants high standards, maintaining excellent attention to detail.

Chef de Partie Requirements:

  • Proven minimum 1 year experience working in high-standard, fine-dining restaurants.
  • Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • High attention to detail, with a passion for delivering exceptional quality dishes.
  • Good communication skills and a positive team-player attitude.
  • A professional attitude with a focus on continuous learning and development.
