They utilise the latest equipment and cooking techniques in their spacious kitchen, led by an influential Executive Head Chef. With a team of 18 professional chefs, they are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Chef de Partie to complete their team.

Chef de Partie requirements:
- A Chef de Partie with a minimum of 2 years of experience running a section in a professional kitchen.
- A Chef de Partie with a can-do attitude, willing to rotate through kitchen sections to master all aspects of mise en place and service.
- A punctual, motivated Chef de Partie eager to learn about various dishes and techniques.
