33,000 basic salary
Tronc
40 hour weekly contract

What's involved?
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Chef de Partie that has worked to a minimum of 4 or 5 star and 2 AA Rosette levels and be either comfortable with fine dining or banqueting.

You will work with a talented Executive and Head Chef and join a brigade of around 27 chefs and your skill will be needed to guide the team and maintain the exceptionally high standards on a daily basis.
