Salary: £37,649 per year + Service Charge + Paid Overtime
Hours: 48 hours per week (5 double shifts; overtime likely around 60 hours total)

Step into the world of 3 Michelin Star dining as a Chef de Partie. You’ll manage your section with precision, contributing to the restaurant’s exceptional reputation while honing your craft alongside some of the finest chefs in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your section efficiently, ensuring every dish meets 3 Michelin Star standards.
• Support the Senior Chefs in menu execution and preparation.
• Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.
• Train and mentor junior chefs on your section.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous Michelin-starred or fine dining experience is essential.
• Strong culinary skills, a sharp eye for detail, and passion for excellence.
• Dedication to long hours and high-pressure environments.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
