Job Overview
As aChef de Partie, you will prepare and plate dishes in accordance with technical sheets, ensuring their quality. You will organize the work within your section, train, and supervise the work of Demi-Chefs de Partie, Commis, apprentices, and interns while adhering to current hygiene and safety regulations.

Duties

- Contribute to implementing La Mme Group's standards and maintaining quality standards.

- Prepare dishes while ensuring compliance with recipe instructions regarding methodology, timing, and presentation features.

- Anticipate and verify dish preparation for the next service.

- Manage food orders and monitor stock levels in your section.

- Strictly enforce HACCP hygiene procedures and ensure proper cleaning processes for kitchen equipment and tools.

- Ensure the organization of the kitchen and all adjacent areas linked to the kitchen.

- Monitor the correct use of equipment and tools provided by the restaurant.

Skills

- Experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment
- Strong team management skills
