We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie?with a strong background in high-end events to join our established brigade in the City.

You will work with the team catering for a range of events including plated lunches and dinners, weddings, company banquets, and working lunches.

As a Chef de Partie you get to oversee a section of the kitchen. Youll be cooking fine dining or Modern French dishes & contemporarybespoke menus.
Your key responsibilitiesinclude:
Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you
Helping the sous chef and Head Chefto develop new dishes and menus
Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
Adhering to Company food safety and allergens policy
Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- NVQ Level 3 / Culinary School diploma
- At least 3 - 4 years experience as an Events CDP in a 5* hotel or in a high-end events venue
- Excellent communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail, highly organised and capable of handling multiple tasks
- A proactive self-starter who can work independently with good judgement and minimal direction
