Who you will be:
- Previous experience as a Demi chef de Partie/Chef De Partie within a high-volume restaurant
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Can do attitude
- Willingness to learn and progress
- Keen attention to detail in maintaining the highest levels of service
