H&C Solutions is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for the position of Chef de Partie at one of London's most renowned restaurants. This exceptional establishment achieved its first Michelin star within the first year of opening. You will be working with the finest produce that Britain has to offer, combining these ingredients with spices from around the world, ensuring a unique culinary experience.

Chef de Partie benefits:

  • Offering a competitive salary ranging between £35,000 to £38,000 per annum.
  • You will work 4 days per week and have 3 days off – 48 hours per week.
  • The restaurant closes on Sunday & Mondays.
  • A maximum of 35 covers per service.
  • Central London based, good access on the Northern, Central and Elizabeth line!

Chef de Partie requirements:

  • A Chef de Partie with a proven employment history working in fine dining restaurants.
  • The ideal Chef de Partie will have at least 3 years of experience.
  • All candidates should be self-motivated, career driven as well as been a great team player.
  • A Chef de Partie who has previously worked in Michelin starred restaurants would be ideal but not essential.
