We are currently working with one of the best 5* Luxury Hotels in London who are looking for a Chef de Partie to join their highly talented and thriving restaurant team. The restaurant is serves seasonal British and European dishes to a luxury standard. The restaurant was relaunched in 2023 and they have a brand new and spacious kitchen. This Hotel has high standards in every department and a highly reliable Chef de Partie is essential to smooth running of their restaurant.
The package which is being offered for the successful candidate up to £39,000, with any overtime paid per hour. The vacancy is within the a la carte restaurant of the hotel so experience in service is important and the ability to work on any section would be ideal or the ambition to gain experience where necessary.
The ideal candidate will have:
Preferably a background in 5* Hotels.
A passion for working and cooking with the finest fresh ingredients.
A desire to progress in a career in a leading 5* Hotel.
Confidence when working under pressure.
Good communications skills and a good level of spoken.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
In return we can offer you:
Extremely pay of up to £39,000 package (£34,000 plus service charge).
