Working in a brigade of 15 chefs with everything produced in house.
Desired skills and attributes:
Previous experience as a Chef De Partie within a busy restaurant
A passion for Italian cuisine
Proficient knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety
Availability to work a mixture of shifts throughout the week
Shift Patterns:
Working 7 - 8 shifts a week (depending on business levels) 48 - 50 hours
£17 per hour, or £44 000 per year
