Scope & Purpose of the Role:
We are currently looking for a Chef De Partie who will work 40 hours per week on any days from Monday to Sunday, depending on business needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook dishes from a Continental Menu with expertise, including grill experience.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
  • Manage stock efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and develop junior team members.
  • Ensure exceptional customer care and maintain attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Entry Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or Demi Chef in a professional kitchen, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Knowledge of food preparation from a Continental Menu.
  • Ability to perform manual tasks and work under pressure.
  • Pride in your work and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Food Safety Qualifications.
  • Proven success in a similar environment is preferred.
  • A team player and leader, with a desire to excel and make each guest visit memorable.
