Our client a new and modern Mediterranean restaurant based in Kensington is now looking for a Chef de Partie.
The Chef de Partie will only work with the freshest and seasonal ingredients.
There is a small team of 5-6 Chefs, and they are managed by a supportive and inspirational hands-on Head Chef.
The Chef de Partie role is for an immediate start, the salary on offer is up to £38,000 per year and for 48 hours per week. The working Rota is done in advance and for 1 month instead of the usual weekly Rota.
The Chef de Partie will receive:
Salary up to £38,000 per year.
Work 48 hours per week and over 5 days.
2 days off per week
