Club Gascon is now recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie to complete its kitchen team. As a Chef de Partie, you will work a mixture of split and straight shifts over 5 days.
We offer of 28 days paid holiday (of which 2 weeks in summer and 2 weeks over Xmas and New Year) as well as every Sundays and Mondays off.

Salary is commensurate to your experience and various incentives are available once your probationary period is successfully concluded.
The ideal candidate for the position of Chef de Partie must have:
The ability to adapt and learn quickly
Excellent attention to detail
At least 2 years in a similar position in a Michelin or similar level restaurant
Be proactive and flexible
Able to work unsupervised
