Already nominated in the Michelin guide, their next step is to achieve their first Michelin star! You will be working with the very best seasonal produce Britain has to offer whilst marrying these ingredients with spices from around the world – Your taste buds are sure to take you on a culinary adventure like no other!
Chef de Partie Pastry benefits:
- Offering a competitive salary ranging between £35,000 to £40,000 per annum.
- You will work 4 days per week and have 3 days off – 48 hours per week.
- The restaurant closes on Sunday & Mondays.
- A maximum of 35 covers per service – Tasting Menus.
- Central London based, good access on the Northern, Central and Elizabeth line!
- 28 days holiday – paid break.

Chef de Partie Pastry requirements:
- A Chef de Partie Pastry with a proven employment history working in fine dining restaurants.
- The ideal Chef de Partie Pastry will have experience in both prep/plating for tasting menus.
- All candidates should be self-motivated, career driven as well as been a great team player.
- A Chef de Partie Pastry who has previously worked in Michelin starred restaurants would be ideal but not essential.
